About
Jacqueline is a Registered Architect, a Certified Value Specialist (CVS), a CSSBB (Certified Six Sigma Black Belt) & a Certified PMP. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree, Master degree and PhD in Architecture from the Alexandria University. She had finished her PhD before reaching 30 years old. She has more than 14 years of experience in project management and architectural design in both the public and private sectors.
Following graduation from architecture school in 2000, Jacqueline apprenticed with several large commercial architectural and engineering firms.
Jacqueline has a career background in Project, Quality and Value management .She had translated her real world experience in training, Consultancy and leadership Development.
She is an Assistant Professor (CIC Canadian International College),and Value Engineering Module 1 & 2 provider (AUC-Engineering services), and was lecturer of project management for post grade (AAST Arab Academy For Science, Technology &Maritime),Lecturer of Construction Economics (BUE British University in Egypt), Lecturer of Project Management (El-Shorouk Academy).
In 2008, she had founded VECG Value Engineering Consultants Group to introduce the value engineering as an important problem solving approach to manage costs through innovative changes.
In 2009, she accepted to switch from architecture to quality assurance to be CIC Quality Assurance Vice President and to apply the six sigma approach in education.
In December 2010, Jacqueline redirected her career when she becomes the first Egyptian Certified Value Specialist from the Society of American Value Engineers (SAVE). Since then Jacqueline has facilitated multi-disciplined VE workshops throughout the Middle East and she focused on her own business as a president of VECG Value Engineering Consultants Group. She was the team leader of more than 32 VE studies and had conducted more than 62 VE workshop approved from SAVE international.
